The General Office is responsible for paper receiving and transferring, secretary affairs, research and publicity affairs, press release, administration information release, secrecy maintenance, reception of letters and visits and file documents management. It receives orders and instructions from the CPC Central Committee and State Council and supervises the implementation of the meeting confirmed items. The General Office coordinates working relationships among various association departments, organizes key events and activities and manages various trade and economic activities held in the name of the CCPIT. It is also involved in the management of the council work as social group, signs service contracts with logistics service providers on behalf of the CCPIT, and manages information release on its website.
