The Finance Department is responsible for research and formulation of the CCPIT financial rules and regulations and creation, implementation and improvement of the financial management system. It guides and supervises the finance work of the independent accounting units of the CCPIT, checks the financial budget plan and assesses the annual income and expenditure of those units. The finance department manages the capital and accounts of the CCPIT, directs the work of asset management center and oversees the lump-sum payment of administration fees and government procurements. It also supervises the audit work of the council, its subsidiaries and foreign representative offices, and manages the work, training and further education of the financial accountants of the CCPIT.
