The Human Resources Department is responsible for the management of human resources of the CCPIT, including the formulation of HR rules and regulations, the construction of talent teams and the exploration and creation of a scientific mechanism for personnel employment and mobilization. The Department manages the CCPIT cadre members according to the law of public officials, directs and supervises the HR work of the CCPIT subsidiaries and foreign representative offices, and oversees the appointment and management of personnel working for international organizations. It also administers the CCPIT organizational structure, salary, social insurance, training and education, assessment and rating of professional titles, and recruitment of talents. It is responsible for calculating and reporting the gross salary of the council and its subsidiaries, supervising disciplinary work of cadre members, and directing the work of the CCPIT HR Service Center.
